Pumpkin Patch Fun

Once October hits I am ready to hit up the pumpkin patches and enjoy that crisp fall air.  Fall is a little different here than the Falls I love, but we're going with it.  I keep eyeing my favorite sweaters hoping the time is near I get to break them back out.  Our fist pumpkin patch stop was a great little family owned farm called the Single Palm Pumpkin Farm.  It was the perfect place to find our carving pumpkins and there was just enough to do on a 90 degree day, before we called it a day.  We were sporting our Husker attire as it was a game day and the owners of the farm gave us a grand welcome as they loved seeing some Husker fans visit.  I'm looking forward to checking out more patches before the season comes to an end.

We had a grumpy little man on our hands.

Ellie was all about making up for her brother's grumpy avoidance of the camera.

We enjoyed the Hayrack ride, it was educational and fun.
Ellie's favorite part was yelling yee haw!

Jack's favorite pass time is lining up his cars.

This was his first curvy parade.

Shaving cream fun decorating pumpkins

I hate to admit that this was our messiest shaving cream fun to date
but the pure joy on their faces makes the mess worthwhile!

These kiddos seem to be growing way too fast!
